Casual Living
My work is uncomplicated – yet detailed, thoughtful and alive. There’s a laid back order to the spaces I design. I focus on architectural elements like space planning and remodeling, ensuring function and decor are equally considered. I have a distinct visual style but my work is not repetitive. Having two young children of my own, I understand firsthand the desire for spaces that function well for kids but are sophisticated enough for adults.
Your Time is Important
I listen carefully and then confidently design and execute a plan that won’t place extreme demands on your time or require you to make too many decisions. I don’t rush the process, I’m very detail oriented and it’s important that you feel taken care of. A space that works well and looks great can improve your life and every design decision contributes to the creation of beauty, function and comfort.
Custom and Sustainable
I really believe in the importance of sustainability and I incorporate green materials and design as much as possible. I custom design many pieces, working with local artisans on the fabrication and sourcing sustainable materials when available. From the desert to the mountains, the California landscape is so incredible and the natural, organic elements I see around me – the beach, ocean, sky, mountains and desert – are a constant source of inspiration.
